STRAWBERRY
Carnival Pudding |
100 gms Strawberry
200 gms Fresh cream
2 tblspn Powdered Sugar
¾ teacup sliced Strawberries |
2 small cups vanilla ice-cream
sweetened cream

Dissolve the jelly in 2 teacups of boiling
water. Cool a little and pour a small amount into a jelly mould. Put to
set in the refrigerator. To the remaining jelly, add the vanilla ice-cream
and the vanilla ice-cream and beat. Beat the cream with the sugar until
thick. Put the vessel containing the remaining jelly and ice-cream mixture
in a large vessel filled with ice-tubes and go on stirring all the time.
When the mixture is slightly thicker, add the beaten cream and sliced
strawberries. Stir for 2 minutes and pour the mixture over the set jelly.
Put to set in the refrigerator. just before serving dip the mould in hot
water for a few seconds, loosen the sides and unmould on a plate.
Decorate with strawberries and fresh cream, serve.
