CHOCOLATE PASTRY

Ingredients

75 gms Plain flour

2 tsp Cocoa

75 gms Butter

30 gms icing sugar

1 tsp Vanilla essence

200 gms Fresh Cream

3 tblspn Powdered Sugar

2 teacups Mixed Fruit pieces

Fresh Grapes, Cherries, Strawberries for decoration

Procedure
Sieve the flour and cocoa together. Beat the Butter and icing sugar very well. Add Vanilla essence and beat again. Add Vanilla Essence and beat again. Add the flour and mix well. Fit a 12 mm " Star nozzle to a piping bag filled with the mixture and pipe rounds  in individual paper cups. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool pastries. Beat the cream and powdered sugar. Fill the pastries. Beat the cream and powdered sugar. Fill the pastries with the fruit pieces and pipe the sweetened cream on top.

Decorate some pastries with the grapes and other fresh cherries and rest with strawberries.
